Engie - District Energy Centres
November 2018
We have now secured the works to upgrade existing control systems for the Engie District Energy Cent ​ res in London and Birmingham.
In addition to this, we are also now the preferred supplier for the new control systems being installed to all District Energy schemes in Newcastle, Leicester, Coventry, Birmingham and London.
This is a fantastic achievement for all at RMA Systems and we are all proud in the knowledge that our hard work has cemented us as a true competitor in the BMS market. We are confident that Engie will continue our seamless relationship into the distant future.

Premier Mist - Leeds Tower Blocks
November 2018
One of our most respected and trusted clients - Primer Mist UK Ltd, have been awarded with the contract to overhaul the life safety systems to a total of 21 tower blocks in Leeds.
RMA Systems have worked closely with the Premier Mist team over the last year to standardise their control systems, supplying over 50 control systems and we are delighted to be able to supply the same for this prestigious, local project.

Primark - Regional Maintenance Contract
November 2018
We are delighted to announce that RMA Systems were successful in their bid for the Service Level Agreement on approximately 50 stores in the UK, covering from North Wales to the West of Scotland. Continuing our fantastic working relationship directly with Primark, this will enable us to have a real "hands on" approach towards the the energy savings we currently provide. Our ultimate aim is to reduce the amount of reactive visits using our thorough Planned Maintenance regime. With years of experience of the Primark estate, we are now in a prime position to ensure Energy Saving measures are applied, monitored and managed efficiently.
Calverley Controls - MSD Heist-Op-den-Berg
October 2018
Back in March 2018 we were approached by Calverley Controls to work on the new installation of a clean room laboratory in Belgium. The site required numerous systems linking together including Siemens S7-1200, Trend IQ4, and EXOR HMI's. Whilst CCI lead the design and manufacture and project management of the facility, RMA Systems were tasked with engineering a seamless, user friendly and fully integrated system. The facility is reliant on perfect conditions including pressure, temperature and humidity. We look forward to working on similar projects in the near future.

Engie - District Energy Works

We were approached by Engie in August 2018 with a view to creating a solution for their ever growing District Energy scheme. After various design meetings we were able to agree an adaptable approach towards the task.
We are now extremely proud to announce that RMA Systems are an approved supplier for Engie, with our first control panel leaving the door within 5 days of the initial order. As our relationship continues to grow, we are in a position to supply our systems as little as 3 days from initial enquiry, ensuring our customer can move quickly with requests sound in the knowledge that they are supported by us wholeheartedly.

YBS Ltd - Royal Mail Manchester
August 2018
We are delighted to continue our fantastic relationship with Yorkshire Building Services with the subcontract order for the control system at Royal Mail Manchester LD. The site shall boast the latest BMS system, monitoring and controlling levels of Nitrogen Dioxide within a large vehicle warehouse.

Primark - Energy Upgrade Works
June 2018
After years of experience working directly with Primark's nominated engineers, RMA Systems were successful in securing the energy upgrade works to two of the remaining stores yet to receive the systems. The Basingstoke and Blackburn stores are to receive a sub-metering solution in order to monitor individual plant, lighting and power usage.
With the addition of a Trend or Cylon interface and a complete strategy overhaul, this will allow the energy monitoring system to integrate directly with the BMS and control the system in an efficient, cost effective manner. This is not a new concept for RMA Systems but this is the first time we have been able to offer the entire solution directly to Primark. A very proud moment for the team.
YBS Ltd - Royal Mail Harrow
May 2018
We are delighted to continue our fantastic relationship with Yorkshire Building Services with the subcontract order for the control system at Royal Mail Harrow Delivery Office. The site shall comprise of a full packaged BMS control system to control a number of Boilers, VT Circuits, AHU's, Heat Recovery Units, Gas Burners and Extract Fans. In addition, the system shall also control the high and low ambient conditions to the warehouse through the use of a number of high level de-stratification fans. The facility is a brand new state of the art installation.

Primark - Ruzafa Valencia Energy Works
April 2018
RMA Systems have previously supported Primark with European commissioning of their bespoke Energy Reduction System.
With a new approach to bringing their global profile online, we teamed up on site with local experts Reingesa to ensure the correct solution was delivered on Primark's behalf.
As we continue to provide support to Primark, we envisage many more of these visit's will happen in order to improve the service delivery across the entire estate.
Primark - Hamilton BMS Upgrade
April 2018
We are delighted to be awarded with the contract to overhaul the BMS control system at the Primark Hamilton store. An extensive survey was carried out in order to understand the requirements of the existing plant due to their age and, with an extremely tight plant room our design team were pushed to ensure all items could be catered for.
RMA Systems will provide a brand new, state of the art control panel in the main plant area, an energy monitoring system comprising of sub-metering and new external control panels to the existing AHU's with upgraded inverter controls. On completion, the system shall have a dedicated internet connection managed by Primark in order to monitor energy profiles and identify cost savings.

One of our most respected and trusted clients - Primer Mist UK Ltd, have been awarded with the contract to overhaul the life safety systems to four tower blocks in Scunthorpe, comprising of Fire Suppressant Systems, Fire Alarms and Management.
RMA Systems have worked closely with their team over the last few months to standardise their control systems and we are delighted to be able to supply the systems for this prestigious project. Due to unfortunate recent events, the requirement for Fire Suppressant Systems has increased dramatically and Premier Mist are at the forefront of the industry.

RMA Systems - Move of Operations

Due to exponential growth, a decision was made to upscale our manufacturing operations to a new, purpose built facility in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
We are extremely proud of our home town and our employees will now have a state of the art control panel workshop to deliver both standard and bespoke solutions.

Primark Energy Management Support

As part of our ongoing relationship with Primark, we continue to develop an array of control strategies based on energy saving methods. Working directly with Primark and their nominated engineer, RMA Systems are responsible for the design, implementation and integration of the Primark estate both in the UK and Overseas.
Royal Mail Upgrades
November 2017
Working closely with our highly regarded customer Yorkshire Building Services Ltd, we have successfully completed the upgrade of a number of Royal Mail sites throughout the South East. Ranging from BMS controls, Boiler upgrades, AHU upgrades and Control Panel Modifications, we have applied an energy efficient solution to their estate to ensure they can save money without losing performance. Complete with a front end graphics system, RMA Systems ensured the deadline was achieved for handover with great feedback.
Kings Meadow Laboratories
October 2017
Working for one of our most respected clients, RMA Systems completed a project comprising of 11 Packaged Air Handling Units serving an array of clean rooms. The systems were all commissioned to an efficient, optimum standard whilst all integrated to a third party front end via BACnet.
Mansfield Pollard continue to be at the forefront of Air Management technology and our working relationship to provide smart control solutions has grown alongside them.
Spa Medica Eye Specialists
September 2017
RMA Systems were tasked with these projects to create an energy efficient control system to serve operating theatres within the Eye Specialist sector. Working for Mansfield Pollard and Airology Systems, our Trend Controls solution maintained a constant pressure, temperature and humidity within the sensitive space. Utilising electric heat and reverse cycle DX control, the systems were set up in Sheffield and Bolton to maintain levels within 1% of Setpoint. Coupled with a full graphical touchscreen for operation within the clean rooms, both the customers and end clients were pleased with a successful project completion.
Santander Carlton Park
August 2017
RMA Systems were utilised on this extensive project to provide commissioning support and an integration solution.
Working for SSE Energy Solutions, the project consisted of 5 large multistory buildings accross the Santander Head Office estate. Each building has its own packaged plant comprising of AHU's, FCU's, Boilers, Chillers and Sub Metering. Through our in depth knowledge of the Niagara framework, we supplied integration to the Chillers and Sub Meters via ModBus RS-485, Panel Metering via ModBus/IP and Lighting via BACnet/IP. The platforms used were Trend TONN's and all items were exported to the front end and relevant outstations via BACnet. This allowed for a TOPS system to seamlessly pick up the points for display on the Trend 963.
